Which plan is right for my business?+
Choose Spark if you want to raise and file invoices yourself through the portal, with 100 e-invoices included each year and additional bundles available. Flex gives you a dedicated relationship manager to handle invoicing and filing for AED 25 per invoice, without portal access or an annual subscription. Prime combines portal access with filing by Finaccru: AED 1,299 per year plus AED 15 per invoice.
Does Spark charge separately for the first 100 invoices?+
No. Spark's AED 1,299 annual subscription covers the platform, infrastructure, features and support. The first 100 e-invoices are included at no additional invoice charge; the annual fee is not a charge for those invoices. Once you use the included 100, additional invoices are available in bundles of 10 for AED 50.
Who raises and files my e-invoices?+
With Spark, you raise and file your own e-invoices through the portal. Flex has no portal access: share your invoice data as PDF or Excel, and your dedicated relationship manager handles invoicing and filing for you. Prime includes portal access, with Finaccru handling the filing.
How do invoice purchase blocks work?+
Spark includes 100 e-invoices per year at no additional invoice charge. After those are used, buy additional bundles of 10 for AED 50. Flex starts with 20 invoices for AED 500, with top-ups in blocks of 10 for AED 250. Prime invoices are purchased in blocks of 20 for AED 300, in addition to the AED 1,299 annual subscription. These prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Can I change plans as my business grows?+
Yes. You can move between plans anytime as your invoice volume changes. Our team will confirm the scope and billing terms with you.
